GPS-guided curb installation helps reduce layout errors, minimizes rework, and keeps projects moving on schedule. It’s an ideal solution for subdivisions, parking lots, roadways, and commercial developments where production and consistency matter.
For commercial and large-scale curb and gutter work, contact Brown Bear Masonry & Concrete to discuss scope, scheduling, and availability. Commercial curb and concrete pricing varies by project size, layout, and production needs. We provide clear, competitive estimates based on scope and schedule.

For new construction and site work, we use a Total Station layout system to accurately lay out curb lines, foundations, and building footprints. This allows us to assist contractors with foundation dig outs and foundation placement, helping ensure structures are properly positioned on the property and built to plan. Accurate layout is critical for maintaining required setbacks, keeping buildings clear of property lines, and avoiding costly corrections later in the project.
By laying out the work correctly from the start, we help create smoother coordination between trades, cleaner excavation, and more efficient concrete placement. This approach reduces rework, keeps projects moving forward, and supports better overall job-site efficiency from excavation through foundation pour.

Our Power Curber 5700D allows us to place curb and gutter efficiently while maintaining consistent shape and finish across long runs. It is well suited for commercial sites, subdivisions, parking lots, and roadway projects where accuracy and production matter.
The 5700D can handle both tight and wide radius curb, making it adaptable to intersections, islands, and driveway transitions. Depending on curb type and site conditions, we are able to place high volumes of curb per day to help keep projects on schedule.
We use a variety of curb and gutter molds, including standard profiles and valley gutter molds, to meet city, county, and municipal curb standards. Combined with GPS guidance and Total Station layout, this allows for accurate alignment and flexibility across different curb styles and project requirements.
